This is not really a full cart bag because it has a stand, so is a large stand bag. The pockets are small and tight so they are difficult to get your hand into, The hood is poor quality material. It is neither one thing or the other. Too big to carry but still has limited storage, and when used as a cart bag, the large twin carry strap gets in the way and is difficult to remove.
