Great hand held vac

I bought one of these about a year ago and fell in love with it. For that reason, when I found this one on eBay at such a reasonable price, I jumped right on it so I now has one stored on its pad in the kitchen and one in the hallway adjacent to my bedroom.
I love the little round station it sits on to charge. This vac cleans much better than the average battery hand held vac. It is very easily emptied, but must admit, the tank is rather small and must be emptied frequently; if not after every use, at least every other. I find that about every two months, it works better if it is washed and sat out in the sun to dry, as well.Read full review

Cordless Dust Buster, a little appliance offering big performance

My recently purchased Black & Decker Cordless Dust Buster is such a great little appliance. It has all the power that anyone could expect for a small hand held vacuum. It is very light weight and easy to maneuver. It is excellent for cleaning small areas. I use it mostly for vacuuming pet hairs. It performs very well for use intended. Good Vacuum, Stupid Charger

So far this thing works great. It has a lot of suction and can get into small places and corners. It's biggest problem is the stupid charger. My old one used to hang on the wall and the charger was built into the wall hanger. This one balances on top of a disk which will take up floor or counter space. You Have to Remove the Extracted Dirt by Hand--Literally.

Vacuum has moderate suction. I would not use it for floors, but it can do reasonably well on countertops and such. But very soon it gets clogged with dirt that whirls around in the clear container. Then you have to empty it by hand, as it has no bag. You have to remove the dirt by shaking the tool on top of a big garbage container. Dust flies everywhere.
Worst of all, the filter has to be cleared by hand--literally. I tried and failed to clear the filter in a finite length of time. If there had been any sharps in that dirt, I would have been punctured. I do not recommend this poorly designed tool. Read full review

Not for the car but it works great

I now have one of these in my work shop, bedroom, kitchen and home office. They're great for cleaning up those little areas that were left until they just couldn't be overlooked.......so easy now! I hada coupe of old ones that ran on nicad batteries, and they stopped charging, but the Li-ion batteries work great. Guess it's time to get one for the garage.Read full review

I love dustbusters

I have purchased many a Black and Decker dustbuster through the years. I really like them for quick pickups of lint, cat litter,or anything that gets tracked in. I especially like the power in this one. The battery in strong, The lithium battery is much more powerful then the previous version. The old batteries just didn't make them preform as well as this one. It has great suction and you can not over charge the battery. I think this should last me a good many years. Had a black & decker dust buster, that looks just like this one...15volt instead of 16volt, and there is no difference in power or pick up, only thing, after a little bit, maybe 6 months or so the battery on the dust buster could not hold a complete charge, would only run for about 1 minute... so I hope this one don't do the same... other than that it is easy to clean and operate, I had the dust buster mounted on the wall, so I now put the titanium there using the same mount.Read full review
