Genuine Audi Sun Visor Clip
Initially thought "Great, some cheap crappy clip" because when I located it the clip literally fell out the two holes! Upon closer inspection, the cover that goes over this clip (Not supplied but I knew this) has two pieces of plastic that locate into the two spikes on this clip.
