One big complaint is that similar organizers do not keep their shape and the shoes become a jumbled up mess. This one is quality and has covered cardboard inserts to keep the box sturdy. An added bonus is that two of the end dividers are held by Velcro so you can undo them to accommodate two pairs of booties or high top sneakers. Ordered two and just ordered another two.
