Too big so I cut it in half!
I bought this to house a mobility scooter. From the aerial picture it looked about right. But it was very much bigger than that. I cut the shelter in half -the front part is the right size to house my scooter and it works really very well.
And... I have a few side poles in reserve should they rustRead full review

Great idea…needs refining
I am pleased with having a good shelter for my mobility scooter but it wasn’t easy to install. Please put more guidance on setting up! Such as ensure you drill to the required depth in order for the fixing bolts to work. Too deep and they won’t. It took two long nosed pliers to hold them in place to add the unit to be held in place! But the locking mechanism hurts my fingers to try to pull away from the frame to loop over the bracket for the padlock where there’s virtually no clearance from the ground.
We have ended up not being able to drill and attach all the bits and the bolts work loose and the caps don’t stay in!
The tube to go over the brackets for the padlocks hold the front down but I can’t get to the back one and it doesn’t reach the ground so added a brick.
Hopefully it will stand up to winter storms!Read full review

No good in strong winds
This review has nothing to do with the seller (they've been great)
Yes I go on about the wind a lot but that's why I'm writing this review.
I bought this in June for my mobility scooter as I can't get it in my house. Once made up it seemed sturdy enough, my brother anchored it to the floor for me.
The next day I noticed some of the stitching coming undone and since then if a week goes by were I done have to do something to it I'm lucky. Because of the wind blowing it about I've noticed a very small hole starting to appear in the cover where you open and close it, a bit of tape will help with that. The nuts keep coming undone, you can't tighten them too much or the frame won't open or close. The security bars on both sides have bent because of the wind getting under the cover and blowing it open leaving my scooter open to the elements (my scooter isn't waterproof like a bike).
I have been in touch with the trade company but they don't want to know, you cannot get spare parts.
It could do with some ties on the inside, so you can stop it from billowing out with the wind.
The one good thing it is waterproof (when it stays closed).
As I can't afford a new one I'm looking for alternative ways to keep the front down in windy weather.
If you are going to buy this make sure you're putting it in a place with very little wind and it should last you a good while.Read full review

Terrific product all round
This storage shelter has made such a difference to my life. I used to hate covering my mobility scooter every nigh, it was such a palaver. Now it's a dream, just a flick to open shelter and just coast in and then close without any effort. Just great and very good quality.Read full review

scooter shelter
Overall good quality. The only let down was the nuts, they should be NYLOC. You cannot tighten the nuts up because you will not be able open or close the cover. Any wind or other disturbance shakes the nuts loose. The extra cost of these nuts would minimal, but make the product so much better.Read full review

Good shelter
So far 100 % waterproof, easy to use. Should come with locking nuts but doesn't so buy some. Needs weight putting on the front to stop the wind catching it and blowing it open. Go for the medium unless it's a small bike. l screwed it down to cement slabs and l attached a metal plate across the bottom of the hinge section from one side to the other so the weight of the bike on the centre stand stops it from blowing away.Read full review

Excellent
Fits my 125cc and will hopefully fit my 650 when it's delivered! If you have a tall bike you will need folding mirrors or you'll need to Jimmy it around to get them in but apart from that it's brilliant!Read full review

Nuts
Tough waterproof material. Frame rigid when nuts tightened but had to buy locking nuts because single nuts worked loose when folding and unfolding tent.

Good product, poor assembly instructions.
Good product, but poor assembly instructions. We had to resort to watching a YouTube video to construct.

No Nylocs?
All in all not bad, but, you'd have thought for a hundred and fifty quid the Chinese who no doubt made this could have used Nyloc nuts and put a few extra washers in there.
