Refurbished iPhone 5 unlocked

The phone arrived within the specified time. I was worried it might be scratched in important places, but it wasn't. Near mint condition. I didn't have a sim opening tool, but still have one from my previous iPhone. The battery life is also good, lasting all day unless I spend a lot of time using the screen (games browsing etc).
I needed to upgrade from an 8GB to 16GB which has enabled me to down load many of the apps I had to delete on my previous phone due to lack of space.
Overall I'm delighted with my purchase, and feel secure in the fact I have a 12 month warranty.

Almost what I expected

The phone came really quick, I believe it was the next day. There seems to be a lot's of times when the touch screen does not respond at all. Sometimes I can't pick up the phone from that issue. The ear speaker quality also is average, where the sound from it comes distorted. The battery life is really good for that phone. Well that's about it.
