Dead battery

The phone seems to work but the battery is completely dead.
When I complained they told me they would take the phone back without problems. Their explanation was that it was an older phone so it was normal that the battery was dead. But if I'm buying a new phone I expect a new battery. Otherwise I would expect them to specificity that the battery is dead.Read full review

Had one small, deep scratch on screen but still very usable. Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. Has four times the storage that most sellers have at this same price point. I advise everyone who's considering buying one of these, remember to compare the storage available on other sellers. I doubt you'll find others with this much storage at this price.

I purchused online it took a month to get here price was great and phone itself was great but when i deliberatly made this purchuse for my favorite phone company that works with any UNLOCKED phones when i got it i had to sim put in and it didnt work i was very disapointed because i needed the new phone and i thought it had been unlocked already and was ready to go. Now i have to bring it in to a shop and pay MORE money to have it unlocked and wait longer to have a phone(like a month shipping wasnt long enough). Great little phone, It is only 3g, and only a handful of companies still activate 3g service, most prepaid service. I did not by the phone for internet surfing, but just to make phone calls and text. Also plan on using for my international travel. I felt no need to spend hundreds of dollars for a phone and service I would never use.
