For the money, the mac is great value especially for my daughter. I didnt agree with the Grade A condition report though, with the chips, dents and scrapes, it should have been classed as grade b.
Im pleased it has 12 month warranty due to it being a 6 year old product.

I can only say how good these guys are, Mac Pro is superb. I always wanted one but have a work lap top (windows). Everything else I have is Apple. I bought this for myself and it looks like brand new. I had a little issue when I did a software update (not their fault) and these guys went out of their way to sort it out for me. The MacBook was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. It came very quickly, It was brilliantly packaged, and it was exactly as described.
