This product really does work having been kicked or shoved in bed every time I started snoring, which of course meant a wake up call in one form or another! But now no more snoring both from my wife or myself. Don't buy this rubbish

The on I received had no blue spatula thingy and also there was no EVA (the stuff that melts and moulds to the shape of your teeth). So basically your just getting the plastic surround. It wonuldn't stop you snoring anyway, as there's no manipulation of the lower jaw. Don't waste your money on this, however cheap it is. Do yourself a favour and search for SNOREEZE, They actually work. I (and the wife) have slept brilliantly since I've been using one.Read full review

Good value

Seems to work, no snoring since using it, no tooth pain when I wake up because I am not grinding my teeth whilst sleeping. Also sleep better because not waking up to take a drink because of having a dry mouth, also helps with my obstructive sleep apnea. Did buy a more expensive one but can’t get used to it, this model cheaper and easier to mould and wear whilst sleeping.Read full review

Cheap product not fit for purpose

Very small in size feels like your wearing a cheap mouth guard tried it for one night couldn't keep it in place and I used to box so know how to fit a gum shield correctly. Did not complain as you do get what you pay for just thought I'd give it a try. Read full review

Waste of money

Bought this to try and stop snoring as much. Product arrived prompt with a storage case. I followed the instructions to soften and fit to mouth but it never seemed to work that great and I ended up redoing this process around 5 times.
First night I tried it out and lasted around 10 min. Made my mouth water so much that I made more noise slurping than I did snoring!!!

Ended up chucking it in the storage case and at the back of the drawer.Read full review

Bad Product to avoid 1000%

This just didn't work and not a perfect match for the teeth. I struggle to breathe in it and spit coming out while sleeping. Hard to put in the mouth and sleep. I will never and ever recommend this product. it's a big NORead full review
