It is a great product.. I have been using the filter replacements for over 15 years. I only have one problem. When replacing the filter it requires someone with more strength than an eighty year old woman has to tighten it as much as is needed to seal it so the unit does not leak. I realized it needs someone stronger than I am. So I called my 50 year old son and he was able to tighten it to the correct place. Read full review

Product good, but time for delivery poor.

The product (filter) was exactly what I expected. Instructions for installation were clear. Took about 30 minutes to put in from start to finish. My only criticism is with the delivery. It was put into a 2-day priority system USPS on December 8, 2020 and the part didn't come until January 3, 2021. Turkish filter elements are aftermarket knockoffs

Filter worked only 4 days then red light comes on the system and swapped with filter that was bought from amway and everything is fine, this is 3rd filter doing this so kind of tired of same thing
