For someone like me who struggles to gain size, its difficult to find a suppliment that doesnt involve drinking concrete!
I've tried all sorts of them over the years but they never seem to have the desired effect.

These seem different....

I've only been taking these for a week or so but I can tell i have.
I train basically every other day and have only taken them on these days.
2 before training and 2 straight after.

They pump you up while training, and I'm pretty sure they make you push that bit harder too.
I try not to think about it as it's easy to get sucked into the whole placebo thing.

They deffinatly make you feel like you've achieved your goal for the day anyway.
