Excellent product used on 2011 Peugeot 308

Used on my high mileage Peugeot 308 hdi. Aircon had not worked for some time so I was concerned that the seals would be dry and no longer serviceable. The product arrived sooner than expected. I used the leak stop and then regas which filled the empty system and the aircon is now ice cold. 10 days in the aircon appears to be holding pressure and working like new. The instructions were clear and the whole job was much easier than I anticipated. I'm now very much in the wife's good books.
Of note, this product works for older cars and does not fit my later 2014 peugeot which users the later environmentally friendly gas and requires a different hose/connector.Read full review

AC regas

Used on 2 car's a 2009 mercades A180 CDI , a Kia Rio 1.5 crdi 2009 . Both car's AC not blowing cold , no pressure in the system. Used the kit now both are now blowing cold, all that remains is to see how long they stay cold. simple to use and the instructions are easy to follow.Read full review

It works - worth trying

The repair gas worked well and restored leak free pressure. The refrigerant gas has also done its magic and I have a working,leak free A/C system. Not bad for a 23 year-old Civic.
The hose and pressure gauge was upgraded for free by Thompsons, and worked and fitted exactly as hoped. A nice touch.
With clear instructions, and at this price it was well worth the gamble of a DIY fix.

Better than the Pros

At the start of the summer I used a Groupon to have ATS check & recharge my defunct aircon system. British summer being what it is I didn't get much use out of the A/C for about a month then, on what was reported to be the hottest day of the year, we take a family trip to the Trafford Centre. A/C was blowing out warm air and in 30+ temps we're on the motorway 70s style with all the windows open and still melting. Faced with a long haul to Cornwall I decided to DIY it, since the professionals had failed to do more than take my money. A really easy kit to use and more importantly whatever leak was there has been sealed and I now have a working a/c system with the gas inside it. Air con stop leak

Have had my aircon recharged twice over the last couple of months but cold air only lasted a couple of weeks although pressure check showed no leaks......thought I’d give this a try. Followed the instructions and used the green stop leak can first. Air con is now ice cold and didn’t even need to use the blue refrigerant can. I will see how long this lasts and keep the blue can in case it needs a top up in future.Read full review

Simple to use. Great if you need top up A/C

For some reason my A/C compressor was switching on/off every few seconds. Connected the gauge, was a bit low, added one can of gas, still no luck. After switching car off I noticed that pressure went very high. I lowered the pressure a bit and compressor kicked in. A/C regs kit.

Ordered this full kit on strength of reviews. All I can say is so far all is working better than original! Ran pressure check and did not need the leak stop but will keep it for use in the future. Simply read the instructions and go through the steps methodically and in 15 mins you will have restored your failing air conditioning. Cools my hot car in around 2mins!
