This is an expensive item but well worth the money for a sturdy well made item. I have had a four month problem with sinus infection and coughing. After one course of antibiotics the cough still sounded disgusting and made normal
social activities hard.

This little gadget is the best item I have ever bought for my health. I have not used any of my other pumps for just over a week and I have not got out of breath once, just incredible, and so easy to use .

Looks good, Easy to use, and it works.
I have only been using this little device for a couple of days, but I can feel the difference in my lungs already. I have severe COPD which I got through working in a dusty car bodyshop for years. I also have emphysema, I have usually got a large buildup of phloem in my chest and throat, and suffer with awful catarrh which I find is impossible to shift. Until now.
It took a short while to develop a technique, and once I found the right angle to hold it and how to best breath through it, I could feel Air Physio sending gentle pulsating vibrations down through my chest, and this morning for the first time in ages, my catarrh has started to shift, my chest feels like it can expand easier and further than before, and I feel more energetic than I did.
It is so simple to use, comfortable to hold and very easy to clean. I found it easy to take apart for cleaning, and it only goes back together one way so you cannot get it wrong.
The reason I bought Air Physio over other models was because of its good reviews, there were others that appear to be on a level footing, but they don't look as nicely designed, I like the colour, and I cannot fault the quality, it just feels solid to hold. The only thing I would warn others about is when you take it apart the large ball bearing can easily drop out, so make sure you aren't near any drains, or somewhere where it could be lost. All in all I am extremely pleased with my purchase, I was hopeful but sceptical and now I am feeling the benefits at such an early stage, I am over the moon.

MONEY WELL SPENT
At moment of writing I am recovering from a serious lung infection. This has not been a nice experience, with me constantly trying to catch my breath and avoid having panic attacks. That being said, this device alongside the excellent care provided by the NHS (and some powerful drugs!) has been a great help in my recovery. I can genuinely feel my lungs not just getting better but strengthening, I've still got a long way to go but my experience is that this is a device well worth buying. Read full review
