Enviromesh - the environmental crop protection solution
Enviromesh does exactly what it says - protects vegetables from birds and small insects that would like to harvest your veg. before you do! [I am not sure about protection from rabbits, as that is not a problem I have in my garden!] I am using it to protect my leeks from Allium leaf miner and Leek Moth - easy to lay, you just have to ensure that the mesh is tucked into the soil and no gaps are left which could allow the wee beasties to get in. Should be good for things like carrot root fly or cabbage white butterflies, but not tested against these pests.Read full review

Ok ..but..
This ok ok for butterfly protection but no use against onion leaf miner as the mesh is too open. May work against carrot fly.

Just the job
It does everything I wanted it to do, although I did put it on after the mice had already been.
No trouble since, and now removed until next year to allow the stuff to grow.
It was easy to fix in place, because the size I ordered just fitted my raised bed, over the hoops.

Protecting young veg plants
Used over a cloche to protect from pigeons and give some extra protection against cold nights.
Can water through the mesh - let’s sun/light through.
A bit tricky to pull over frame as creases in product seem permanent .
Hasn’t been in place for long yet so can’t say how effective it will be.
