Lasts 3 days Not a Week..Dissappointed!!!

Bought based on other reviews, for its simplicity as we are new to hottubbing, our hot tub is 750L, sachet says up to 3000L so should have been more than adequate. Placed contents in water as per description, had clear water up to three days, water then started to milk, as we are new thought the filter may need changing, so put a new one on!, still milky and had started to foam up. Considering the price and other products on the market its an expensive product.
Looking at the performance the sachet needs to be double the weight then it may last a week. Going to try the Clearwater tablets next time as they sound good value compared to these, i did message them but didnt get a reply?

Great product, shame about the 'penny pinching'

The Clarion Spa system is excellent - having spent years using the traditional chlorine regime in our hot tub, the Clarion system is a revalation. No more smells, no more test strips, just enjoy the spa as and when you want.

The only fault I find is that this "season kit" is supposed to support the hot tub for three months. Last time I looked, three months was a quarter of a year, or 13 weeks. Unfortunately, this kit only contains enough treatment for 12 weeks, which just seems a little mean!

Nevertheless, if this season works as well as the trial kit, we will be ordering the annual kit , and enjoying chlorine-free tubbing for the foreseeable future.

Great product!

Such a great product, makes spa use a breeze, saves all the hassle of measuring out chlorine granules and cutting up tablets in a battle to maintain suitable levels. Forget all that and just add one of these pouches a week and forget about it!

Wouldn't go back to Chlorine or Bromine again, this provides clean, clear and odour free spa water with minimal fuss. Although it may cost slightly more than other products its well worth the lack of hassle and simplicity of the system.

Green in a Fortnight

I changed from chlorine as my wife found it dried her skin so I used the filter to refill my tub, put in a packet turned on like the instructions said, added a further sachet the next week and my water is certainly NOT clear! In the old days I would’ve shocked it with chlorine, but not really sure what to do with this product. Doesn’t look OR smell too clean to me!!Read full review

Need more advice on how best to use this product

It’s not easy to rate the product because it doesn’t work with very hard chalky water. I think it’ll come into its own when I’ve solved that issue. I haven’t given up on it yet because I like the idea of a chlorine free hot tub.Read full review

Great product

This is my third year of using this with very little problems. Occasionally I use a chlorine shock, which dissipates really quickly, if I get a slight smell but this gets it sorted. The tub gets a water change 4 times a year and with the addition of the weekly sachet it’s as sparkly when I empty it as when I filled it. Maintenance is a breeze, I never check the PH now as it’s always spot on, just add sachet and away you go.Read full review
