ASRock Z77 Extreme4, LGA 1155/Socket H2, Intel (90-MXGKX0-A0UAYZ) Motherboard

This board saved me money

I'm upset at Intel so much that my next rig is gonna be an AMD . Why ? Cause this socket 1155 and the 1156 sockets were killed off too early and I have 2 chips on hand worth 700 bucks and were just laying around due to lack of replacement components . What's the relevance of this review with this product ? This board right here is running my 3770 S variant very well with a GTX960 . If it wasn't for this board being around I would have had to throw a 350 dollar chip in the bin . Runs great . HD test 560mb's and runs stock turbo cores , all 4 cores at 3.9 and stays cool too . Budget gamer.

This MoBo has plenty of fan headers and sata ports with a lot of usb ports a all round good board. You could use it as a True Nas server or Proxmox but I went with another gamer added a gtx 660ti a little more ram a few ssd's with 2 2TB seagates and wham bam another gamming set up. working really fast and got for a good price.Read full review

These have really held their value, so perhaps aren't the most economical 2nd hand option now. But if you've already got compatible components, then it's still well worth getting.
