be aware that you will need to use screws with SMALL diameter heads, like a torx or socket headed screw, because the mounting flanges are NARROW with no room for a conventional server mounting screw. Also the mounting hole is sized for a #10-32 screw, which is smaller than the screws used on most caged nut racks. I ordered #10-32 caged nuts w/ screws, which fit the hole, but NOT the flanges. Choose your fastener appropriately and you will love these. A good buy.

update 7/28/16 - ordered socket headed #10-32 screws. hopefully these will work better.Read full review
