May help some sufferers if they have never taken echinasea before.

Based purely on my experience... I was recommended to take echinasea tablets when I had severe and prolonged congestion two years ago and they worked, but I did not realize that continuing to take them could make them ineffecive and had taken them for a considerable time afterwards. My next attack came earlier this year and the tablets had no effect when I started to take them again so I tried Plantago,( which I understood was the liquid version) The first dose seemed to have an effect but it did not last, I have now taken the whole bottle and my condition remains unchanged.Read full review
