My sister recommended I try these as she uses them and I must say my night time hot flushes have dramatically reduced so Iāve gone from waking 7 times a night to only once or occasionally twice I take it about 1 hour before I go to bed as I donāt suffer much through the day it took about 2 weeks though so keep taking them and Iāve just bought another months supply I also take 1 night kalms with it as I read they can be helpful to definitely a thumbs up from me šRead full review

Taking this product has effectively reduced my hot flushes, which were happening up to 3 times an hour, to an occasional event of a few times a day. They are considerably milder, too. Excellent product
For me this product really works. I was at my wits end with the menopausal hot flushes and did a lot af research into what treatment was available. Menoforce Sage Tablets were the obvious favourite according to all the reviews I read so I bought some.
I was amazed at how quickly they worked and how effective they were in stopping those awful episodes of flushes and sweating. I honestly wouldn't be without them now and I'll continue to use them for as long as necessary.
They're a bit more expensive than other brands but I've found them to be consistently reliable and that makes them worth every penny to me.

a must for menapausal women
Iv used this product for the last few yrs to help with my menapausal hot flushes plus a lot of my prescription meds have the side effects of making you sweat no they dont totally stop them but they greatly reduce them & in turn they dont seem as bad.Without these id constantly look like id had a bucket of water thrown over my head as im sure you ladies will agree its not nice to look or feel like that.I also use in conjunction with a natural progesterone cream.Iv got to say though i think they are a bit on the pricey side so cant give 5* for the good value.Read full review
