Good value ad cheaper than competitors
Comes in minimal packaging,nothing fancy like the clean 9, however the contents are the same except for the aloe vera, this is in tablets which is better!! I assume this is why the price is kept so low because they cut out the fancy packaging and there’s not a pyramid of people to pay out. Is pretty much the same as clean 9 but I like this better for 2 reason,no nasty gel to swallow which is vile! And the price is fantastic, win win for me. Highly recommend!!Read full review

The best cleanse out there.
I have done 2 Forever Living cleanses in the past, with good results but I wanted to try something different.
I was dubious with Smug at first because its 60% cheaper than Forever Living but thought I would give it a go.
I have just finished my 9 days, I followed the programme exactly and I found it much easier than Forever Living.
Obviously willpower is required but I didn't struggle at all. Never felt like I was missing out, never had cravings.
The chocolate shake is really tasty and I think the supplements help with hunger, or no hunger!
I couldn't weigh myself as we are in lockdown so day one I took measurements from my bust, waist and hips.
Day nine I have lost 4 inches in total but that was just an added bonus for me as I feel fantastic and have rebooted myself and fell back in love with a healthy diet and daily exercise.

Iv tried forever living clean 9 which is over double the price.
For me this version is better because you don’t need to drink the aloe juice it comes in capsule form instead .
