This is an ingenious little device, very simple and easy to use.

As you don't squeeze the bottle, as with some other systems, it prevents a backflow into the bottle.

Use 500ml boiled cooled or distilled water (don't use tap water directly from the tap). It is more pleasant if the temperature of the water is at 37 degrees C. Add one sachet to the bottle, screw lid down ensuring you have the seal inside and invert the bottle a few times to mix.

Put the irrigator into the nose, press button on the end of the bottle and the solution will come. Do this with an open mouth but don't talk because the solution will dribble into your throat!
Use half the solution per nostril.

Ensure the bottle and irrigator are fully cleaned after each use.

Unfortunately the instructions are in Mandarin so unless you can read Mandarin you are effectively stuffed.

The unit is a cleaver design with a valve push button on the top to realease the liquid, I boil bottled water to use in this unit & them let it cool & add the sachet, I find that 250 ml is more than enough & only therefore use half a sachet & the remaining bottled water is ready for the next treatment, I am very pleased with my purchase.Read full review
