Amazing Value For the Cheaper End Of The Market

Bought this as a temporary soldering iron and to try out a station scenario rather than a stand alone soldering iron.
Everything comes in the box and I tend to use this only now, I have soldered SMB with it and 1.5 cable.
Only down side if any, would be nice to see the temperature, but again for the price.
Good product and would buy again, as for reliability have only had it a short while so cannot comment.

Good value and does the job

It works and comes with a good selections of tips for various tasks. Of course I've only used it a handful of times to complete small projects. It seems to heat up fast enough and stay hot for what I am doing. I have no idea how good is the temperature control. Also I have no idea for durability. For me as a hobbyist I am only using it a few times a year. If I am working pro that need an iron every day, I may opt to buy something with a proven track record.Read full review

Im working on a lit model and the fine tips allow me to be able to solder onto as small as 3mm leds as well as the small connectors on led strips no problem

The stations holder for the iron is strong and secure

The variable temperature setting has been useful for at lowest setting for melting and joining fiber optic cable
