Great little heater, only leaks if turned on.

Great little heater, does everything one expects, with the added bonus of letting a third of it's output leak everywhere instead of out the spout as supposed. Whoever designed it did a great job except for the outlet 'o' ring which is mis specified and too small, thereby making it ineffective and creating a considerable leak, which is just dandy, as we all know electricity and water go so well together.Read full review

Hand wash was bought for workshop use.

Nice little unit. Easy to install. Works well giving warm to hot water. Only downside is the nozzle spray is quite a wide angle and with it over a small sink sprays water on the floor if not careful.

installed by both plumber and electricitian. washer works but on/of stiff and squeaky but main fault is the warm water srays out of the end of the exit nozzle when just into hot water mode.End piece of nozzle presently wapped with heavy elasic band to keep the water from spraying.. not very pretty.

Redring hand washer

I bought this to go in bathroom and am very disappointed with the flow rate. Whenever i get past half way on the control for hot water the power light extinguishes and the water stops. The company when i emailed them to query this tell me it is meant to do that when water flow is low.
