Shocking: can't believe they are selling this
Do not buy this product. These people are taking advantage of the pandemic and they need to be stopped. The discs are full of dust or concrete and it leaks out through the valves. It doesn't seem safe or practical.Read full review

Decent weight to these for training ! Easily adjustable with a metal bar and rubberised grip. Plastic weights themselves but to be honest your still lifting the same amount so it doesn’t really matter. Decent enough weights but the nuts and screws are appallingly difficult to get on and off. Feel like they're too tight and I spend more time on those than anything else. Weights themselves are okay.
