In the past I have purchased ink cartridges, This time cartridges didn't work properly. Ink seem to be dried .. took a long time for sponge to get saturated. It good have been an older one. I still recommend this product. Though I feel it's time to retire my S415.Read full review

I purchased this ink because the OEM ink was no longer available. I was having some printing problems prior to purchasing the ink in that the printing was leaving excess ink on the page. After I installed the new cartridge the printing worked for only as couple of days and then stopped completely. I was getting an message there was a printhead error. I am not sure the problem was caused by the ink or if the print dead was defective. Since the OEM ink is no longer available I decided to just get a new printer.Read full review
