task #1 reading obd codes from my 2011 nissan juke:
Followed the instructions in the manual, worked as expected, the error codes and some basic description could be read.
task #2 erase existing codes:
Although the returning message said something failed while communicating with the vehicle, the existing codes disappeared, so i think the task is completed finally.

OBD2 Can bus did not work in 1999 car

This product says can be used on European from 1996. My car had a fault code misfire p0301 in ECU. DCL showed no codes. Garage said found code at 50 cost. So scanner on 1999 XJ8 did not work.
