Not perfect, but the best mouthguard I've tried so far!

After trying the Comfort 1 mouthguard, I was left feeling really disappointed - it actually made my snoring worse. So much so that I left a poor review here.

I've sinced worn the Comfort 2 for over a week and although it takes a little getting used to (because of the 6mm lower jaw adjustment - your teeth will ache a bit), it's worked really, really well for all but one night. In fact, I've recommended it to someone already and they noticed a difference to their snoring immediately!

Sure, it's not the cheapest, but it works on logic... it simply pushes the bottom jaw forward to move the tongue away from the back of the throat and open up the airway.

did not work for me

This product a soft thermo plastic mouth piece that works by gently moving your bottom jaw forward to open your airways and thereby reduce air vibration in the throat that causes snoring. It did not work for me. It comes in two sizes small and regular, both did not help. I understand that millions of these types of mouth pieces have been sold by various manufacturers so they must work for some people, but not me, Basically it doesn't really push the jaw forward effectively and just falls out at night.Read full review...

"Best of a Bad Bunch"

This is just another "make do" product which I have settled on. The product does not last more than 6 to 8 months - then you have to buy another one as they do not keep in shape. I only use the "heavy duty" version of the pair in the box and resell the "softer" version. At least it helps defray the overall cost!!!Read full review...

Anti Snore Mouthpiece that REALLY WORKS!

This is the second mouthpiece I have ordered. the first one lasted at least 12 months and provided snore - free nights. Just a shame that they are no longer available locally in NZ. Brilliant

I have tried many stop-snoring "solutions", but this one REALLY works - and quite possibly saved my relationship. It works by forcing your lower jaw outwards as you sleep, thus keeping the back of your throat clear. Admittedly, it takes a bit of getting used to (about a week), and I dribble a bit during the night... When you wake up, your jaw muscles remain too far forward for about 1-2h (the manual warns you about this) before settling back, so you can't bite/eat easily.
