Mauripan Yeast

I have used this company and this product now for a long time, i have never had any problems with either the company or it's product.

I bake the old way by hand and make all sorts of bread with it, it always achieves great results time after time, there is no comparison between this and some other brands of shop bought instant yeast, once opened i always keep mine the fridge however this is not required as a rule and is just something i have always done.

Provided you have a basic understanding of bread baking you should be able to turn out great bread every time.....just a couple of tips...allow the dough to rise properly on the first and second proofing and once in the oven don't open the door to see how things are doing....leave alone till done!Read full review

Probably not the review you expect - but I actually purchased this for replacing good bacteria in our septic tank! I used bleach (no no no!) but fortunately not a large quantity. Apparently baking yeast (not brewers) is good to use on a regular basis to ensure things are running well down there! This product is a large package and saves buying lots of small packets. I figured it was very reasonable for what I wanted and the delivery was fast and the item well packaged.
As we don't have any horrible smells coming from anywhere further down the garden I assume all is well and the good yeast is working wonders!

I'm afraid I can't tell what the culinary results are like, but I'll be purchasing again in a few months time!

Good reliable yeast

I bake 2-3 times a week, so little sachets would be a nuisance. My local shops don't always stock ingredients because they're geared to sell ready meals and don't offer stuff for cooking. This means buying online in decent quantities.

Bread maker yeast

I have been using this yeast for a number of years now and it always gives quality bread with a nice rise.
I bought too much last time so it ended up in the cupboard until it was out of date by over a year but being vacuum packed it still worked fine.
If you make your own bread this is for you.

I make a lot of bread and yeast bakes so I use a lot of yeast I needed to buy a bigger pack as I was always buying packs of yeast. I read about Mauripan yeast being so good and I was not disappointed it works really well and is superior quality to other quick rise dried yeasts. Fast acting yeast
