The product arrived safely, however perhaps the external packaging was excessive. Although useful as it can be reused, the plastic container was unnecessary and the excessive use of packing tape also unnecessary, difficult to get to the product and not recyclable.

I would suggest using a cardboard box and paper packing as the product is already boxed.
