So far, so good!

I have not taken it for a long time yet so I can't address the issue of restless legs alone yet but this product does seem to help me relax and sleep better (no restless legs while sleeping) :-). Greatly impressed with this product

It truly does what it says . It worked very fast for both myself and my mother. I have lupus and fibromyalgia and my mother has Parkinson . We both for different reasons suffer for hours everyday with leg jumps, spasms that no matter what we have both tried never really helps. We each tried this product and within 30 minutes all jumps, spasms were gone all night long for both of us. Will we be buying this again and again . Love this product.
