Effective, and great value.

It appears to be identical to 'branded' versions, that must charge double for putting a sticker on the outer box. I had a needle roller bearing that wouldn't budge with my existing set, but this set has so many sizes of pullers that they fit more effectively, the bearing was out in moments, so I have no problems recommending this for others. A tool you'll use once or twice a year, but nothing else will do.Read full review

Bearing puller

You get what you pay for this is ideal for push bike bearings or anything not to demanding. I had four gearbox bearings to pull out of my motorcycles gearbox and it didn’t move any of them. Biggest problem is the slide hammer is to short to implement the required force needed to move them type of bearings, they wasn’t even large bearings as I had to use the second lowest size. I’m lucky enough to have a friend with a snap on set but figured I’d stop hassling him every time and buy myself a set. For the money is ok but for me it’s not done the job and will end up in the cupboard a probably not get used again. Read full review

16pc inner/blind bearing extractor set

After reading others feedback I was a bit dubious, I had ordered one from Amazon that got lost and after looking it seemed to be the same kit (£15 cheaper) due for delivery 2/1/20 turned up today 31/12/19, removed a front wheel bearing off a 1992 Vmax that’s been sat for the last three years, thought I’d do this before leaving feedback/review, bit of a pain to start with as the spacer behind the bearings was so tight you couldn’t get the tool in properly so kept pulling out (not the pullers fault) after a couple of goes the bearing moved enough to locate the tool in the correct place, you need to make sure it’s as tight as you can get it before pulling the bearing out, worked perfectly and removed the bearing easily, not sure about longevity but seems to be well made, so far I’m pleased with it and wish I’d got one of these kits earlier, no more hammer and screwdriver and scoring the ally wheels, can see no reason criticise this kit and if used properly I can’t see why it wouldn’t keep doing it’s jobRead full review

Puller Set

Puller kit seems to be ok, removed bearings from engine casings. Could not remove 1 bearing without using dremmel on outer race but the puller withstood a large amount of pressure I put on them. I spent ages looking through various kit and tbh they all seem very similar but this seemed the best value. I would buy it againRead full review

Worked well for me

I bought this to remove a bushing in an axle. It’s well made and has a good range of collets but as others have said, the slide rod needs to be longer. I couldn’t get enough pull on the slide to remove the bushing but the jawed extractor had it out in minutes. All in all a good bit of kit for the moneyRead full review

Not what I'd expect for the price

I bought this to remove a 10mm wheel bearing on a motorcycle. The smallest attachment is too small even though it says 8-11mm. The next one up fits but does not grip enough so just pulls out. Not bad quality except the smallest attachment had knackered threads which i had to re-cut. Might be fine for larger bearings, but for small ones with little gap to grip onto, it falls short.Read full review

An internal puller that works well.

It pulled out the head bearings on my BMW R80 - always a difficult job without the right tools. I would suggest greasing all the puller threads before first use. Good value because it covers a wide range of sizes, so essential for a workshop that covers many different machines.Read full review

They work if you are careful, great value.

Keep in mind the price of this box of metal pieces, that is why I give it 5 stars. I have now replaced 4 different sized bearings and seals. Mainly with the puller, once with the short slide hammer. All worked very well, nothing broke. I did warm up surrounding metal before using, to assist with removal. Just needs a 12mm diameter puller as there is a gap between 8mm and 15mm, so you overwork the 8mm, that will be the first to break. The largest size of puller I shall never use but they become handy as a bearing driver on my little vice press.Read full review

barring pullur

very good pice of kit and a fare price has 2 ways to help remove and install barring and seals
the slide hammer is heavy enough to pimp out barring with out to much effort
good selection of sizes pulled out barring from my wheel and steering stem ok on a 1993 triumph that had not been replaced in about 15 years
good storage case use the bridge puller on the wheels and the slide hammer
on stock barring all come out and went back in ok

Great little kit for the price

I bought this to aid the rebuilding of a gearbox. This kit covers a wide range of sizes and is of good quality for the price. It removed the pinion bearing shell no problem at all. Maybe not for the professional but for occasional use at home I can’t fault it for the price.Read full review
