great seal, easy to apply, and it definitely works.... BUT! it is not an invisible one on tiles as the manufacture claims. it left a 'wet look' on my ceramic tiles and it took me hours to scrub it off after leaving it on for 3 hours.Read full review

I used this on the grouting eleven years ago in our newly re-done bathroom. It is still effectively protecting everywhere except the shower. In the shower stall (used twice a day) it lasted between five and six years before I started needing to use a mould and mildew spray. Expensive to buy but well worth the cost.Read full review

A great product!!

I have used this before, to be exact 8 years ago! That is 8 years every day with a family of four using the shower! It has only been in the last few weeks that the grouting has started to discolour, which for me shows just how good it is. It isn’t cheap, but it is worth every penny, I cannot recommend it enough and it thoroughly deserves a five star rating. My builder recommended this project to keep the grouting clean in my new kitchen. He used it to protect wall and floor tile grouting. He tells me that whenever he installs a kitchen he recommends that the customer uses it.

Trying to prevent mould.

After refurbishing three bathrooms I wanted to try and stop the new grout from discolouring and was recommended this by the tile supplier.
Great stuff, easy to apply leaving no residue at all. The only issue are the very strong solvents which needs a mask to prevent you getting high!! Time will tell if it will last but at present the water beads fantastically so cross fingers it lasts.Read full review
