Released primarily as a 2 part tv series in 1993, it has taken 26 years to be released for region 2/4 DVD. To Catch a Killer is about the Serial Killer John Wayne Gacy who is played superbly by "Brian Denhey" it's a film if you have never seen it before that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
