Only ever use hycosan as recommended by optician. Finding packs of three on eBay is great as it is much more expensive in shops.

Great product for severe dry eyes
I was recommended this product by my optician as I have severe dry eyes. It sooths them virtually straight away. It is very easy to use as the bottle only dispenses one drop at a time so no wastage.

Absolutely wonderful! Soothing and calming, lubricating the eye surface, just what I need! I've got dry eyes, they get sore and feel gritty. These drops are just what I need. I've tried Hycosan Extra and Plus but Intense has Ectoin in it which is why I wanted to try it. Ectoin is found in some skin creams, it acts like a barrier keeping in moisture, so it should help preventing the eye surface from drying out. Thank you!Read full review

Seems great. Opticians advised the purchase of Hycosan Night ointment which, seemed to be unavailable. The Hycosan website advised Hycosan intense as a substitute. Having weak hands, I'm finding that Hycosan is the only product that I can administer myself. It can be used many times a day.. Once opened, it should be used within 6 months.Read full review

Very effective dry eye treatment.
I have chronic dry eyes and occasional bouts of inflammation. Having used various different eye drops over the years, this is one of the most effective I have used.

Helps sooth my dry painful eyes
Having had surgery for Glaucoma over a year ago, my eye always feels dry, uncomfortable and sometimes painful. Hycosan Intense works quite well to sooth dry eyes. I find the comfort last between 30 to 60 minutes before another drop is needed.
