  I have spent hours searching for a specific contact email address. All I have found are hundreds of "self help" sites. I ordered the Dremel range and received a worthless pillowcase from China. Seller replied: I refund and someone at "international hub" must have taken and replaced shipment. I as a buyer: don't care where it happened. It's theft and fraud and I don't want to deal with it. In addition to the price, I have paid import tarik and shipping, and I want THAT back.
