The hand-turned bowl I purchased from her was exactly as described and pictured; she responded to my questions promptly and cheerfully (how rare is THAT these days?!?); it arrived within 3 days of purchase; and the fragile bowl was carefully and professionally packaged so that NOTHING could have damaged it. Item not as described. Listed as never displayed and in “mint condition”. Item was priced high but I’d been wanting this piece for personal reasons. Upon receiving item and opening it, I found that it was damaged in several places and not cared for properly. This condition is unacceptable and felt lied to by seller. Upon contacting seller, they stated they never actually looked at the item and were selling for a third party. Irresponsible and deceptive.
