    It took 3 messages and 12 photographs to convince the seller that what they had sent to me was NOT what was in the photographs and description on their Ebay site/advert. I placed and paid for my order on the basis of those photographs and descriptions of spine bars with a Contoured End. The package I received did not contain such spine bars, there were no contours. All was resolved in the end by Tom, their E-commerce Manager, who agreed with me and sent out a replacement pack, free of charge.
