    Listed item was not in stock in sizes stated - irritating. Took two days to disclose that. BUT offered alts or immediate refund. Helikon are teases with certain listed sizes all but non existent - as was the case here. irritating. Took a few days to process alternate, but once despatched, info tracking was good, pretty reasonable speed and once in hands of Royal Mail in the UK it was here overnight. So a few niggles, but the jacket itself is fan-blooming- tastic!

Shipping does take some time, I have ordered several products from this seller. On average I was waiting around 2.5 weeks for the product to arrive. You will not be disappointed tho! I promise!     Shoulder bag eventually arrived and was in a good condition, well packed and was reasonably priced. The communication with the seller was probably reasonable, but not perfect, with emails not answered. But the time taken for it to arrive and the tracking was really, really poor. Because of this I would probably NOT use this seller again. The actual product is of very good quality, well made and should do the job just fine, but can be hard to locate. I Would recommend the product. Thank you.
