  The product is exactly as described, high quality product, very well priced and was sent very quickly. when delivered it was damaged, in my opinion by the courier, upon being informed the seller could not have dealt with the situation any better, whatsoever, they immediately ordered a replacement unit and communicated constantly informing me of the progress along the way. I received the replacement unit which is perfect. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough they are brilliant. AAAA+++++

  Bought this for my mothers 80th birthday been searching while finally found this set at very competitive price absolutely lovely mum is well over the moon must add when the courier arrived the boxed was pretty damaged the young lad reported it to his boss and advised that when he delivered I was to check that the products where okay first time ever a delivery company has done this but the boxes that the kettle and toaster was inside big box intact and no damage great ebayer also delivery

  Although I have not receive my purchase, because the post (Amazon) left my item in a wrong address and even did not upload a photo for me!at least I find it by the photo, and the post never take the responsibility, BUT the owner is very nice, responsible and respectful, he responded me on time and politely.
