Prompt delivery of the product. The outer packaging could have been better eg, a cardboard tube, but arrived undamaged despite being left at the wrong address in the rain by the EVRI delivery driver despite clear instructions. The Gas Strut's fitted perfectly and replace the Renault original tailgate strut's fitted from new in 2018. If these last as long it will have been a very cost effective replacement. Happy to recommend the supplier and product.
