    The seller gladly changed the shipping to local pickup after I contacted him saying I lived just a few minutes away. The Bench Press Bar was in really good shape as pictured and the seller was great to work with. He answered my eBay email questions quickly.     Sadly, this crystal clock did not survive the shipping step, so it arrived in many broken pieces. This is always the scary part of eBay transactions to me: what happens when things go wrong. In this case, the seller made it easy to get a refund. Reasonable requests for photos, fast communication, and I got refunded the same day I started the request. Sorry for both of us that the clock didn’t make it, but two thumbs up to the seller for quickly making things right.
