Sachez que nous sur-protégeons déjà nos colis, enveloppe renforcée, renfort carton supplémentaire, plastique de protection… Dans la profession nous sommes quasiment les seuls à faire autant attention au packaging et malgré cela, nous ne pouvons lutter contre le je-m'enfoutisme de certain livreurs. Même en faisant le maximum, il arrive que cela ne soit pas suffisant…
