I paid extra for next day delivery, but the seller sent the item via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which wasn’t even listed as a delivery option. The free delivery option in the listing was Royal Mail Tracked 24. Customer service has been unresponsive and ignores messages.

    Not the best customer service I’ve experienced for otherwise excellent product . The item arrived in what it looked like a previously opened condition with a missing sealing sticker from the top of the box . This normally is not a big deal but I ordered it for a birthday present and had no time , so it wasn’t ideal. The seller unfortunately did not offer anything in return.
