    Seller gave me 5 days to respond. I have responded with photos of said damage. I didn t report the damage as it was Christmas and I wouldn t have received a replacement in time. It was also listed as Last One . Royal Mail cannot be blamed as the item was not correctly packaged. I m more frustrated now than I was before. instead of taking responsibility they have chosen to blame others.

    Unfortunately, this customer did not contact us to rectify any issues. We have since messaged but have had no response. We would not have taped up a box. The packaging may have been damaged by Royal Mail and if we had been contacted we would have contacted them. Please see our very positive feedback regarding our packaging.
