    Excellent Service, Very Quick Delivery. This is a replacement item for one that was stolen while under the responsibility of DHL. Unfortunately Vertu Motors hadn't sealed the package allowing the courier to steal the cycle carrier and leaving the keys and booklet in the box. In contact with DHL their customer services advised: firstly the item hadn't been dispatched; then the item would be sent in two packages; and finally telling Vertu Motors the item had been lost in transit.
