    We had an issue occur with the shipping but the seller was very responsive and quickly fixed the problem.. I received the item a few days later. Item looked brand new, as described, but the packaging was the worst packaging I had ever seen in my 10+ years of online shopping.. It was awful. This wasn’t an issue for the item, however, as it sustained no real injuries; I love it & would definitely buy from this seller again 👍

    At no fault of the seller, the sewing machine case arrived damaged due to poor treatment of the package by FedEx. I kept the machine, and the seller refunded me a fair price for the damage to the case. The only other thing I noticed was that there's a part missing from the machine that you can't see in the pictures, so I've had to order a part. I don't fault the seller because there wasn't a video of it sewing and I didn't ask for anything like that. I would buy from them again.
