    Item is as described. Packaged only in a plastic envelope so the potential to be damaged in transit high but fortunately none seems to have taken place. Communication could have been better, all I received was an email advising of despatch on the 5th September and then another email asking for my feedback on the 9th when I still had not received it, item arrived on the 10th, 7 days after placing order.
