    The laptop arrived a day early which was really appreciated - that shows a real efficiency of the seller in getting parcels packed and sent, so thank you :) The laptop itself was also exactly as expected and as described. There was a slight issue with the included charger arriving damaged and hence not working, but this was resolved within minutes of sending a message to the seller, so great communication and customer service too. Fab experience all around, would highly recommend this seller!
