  Great quality bolster pillow covers (I ordered 2) but very slow delivery - they took 8 days to arrive via an untracked delivery. On arrival the measurements on one pack had been hand written over, so I was concerned that if I opened it & it was too big I wouldn't be able to return it, so I then had to message about this. Responses were quick but I was underwhelmed by the one sentence, curt, communications. It would have saved me trouble if they enclosed a note to explain I could return if wrong.

  Sad to say this item wasn't available, but seller took payment regardless. Only found out it wasnt going to arrive ,when i messaged the seller regarding late delivery. Very disappointing that the seller advertised and sold an item that wasn't available. But a full refund was given within a few days. I wouldn't buy off this seller again. I got a refund so no hard done.
