The battery received was not the same make as the one pictured. However, Stiga UK have confirmed that the one I received is a genuine Stiga replacement. It is fitted to my Stiga Tornado and works perfectly. It was delivered the very next day after ordering. I was kept informed of the delivery process. The price I paid inclusive of next day delivery was very good. In all, a genuine five star experience from this seller. Thank you.

This company and their member of staff Hannah have gone above and beyond, the service that they’ve provided has been outstanding.
The item I purchased didn’t arrive, I allowed a number of days over their proposed delivery time and made contact with them.
They immediately got onto the delivery company, while they were discussing with them what’s happened to their delivery they made an alternative replacement to me, can not recommend this company high enough for their customer service and product

Unfortunately the solenoid was very poorly packed and arrived broken. However the seller responded immediately to my request to resend and the replacement arrived intact (with some bubblewrap) and very quickly. Thank you.
I have noticed some other buyers have commented on poor packaging and items arriving damaged, so this is clearly an issue that should be addressed, as it's all part of the service.

The supplier took the time to telephone me to explain that two spark plugs I had ordered were returned to the supplier by the carrier as the label was damaged in the post.
